Chaflur is a hamlet in the political municipality Valsot. The idyllic spot with an especially mild climate is located 15 car minutes to the north-east of Scuol. Chaflur can also be reached directly by the regularly running postal bus line between Scuol-Mals-Landeck.
In the village you will find a Volg-shop selling everyday necessities and featuring the post office, as well as a stationary, a restaurant, a school building with sports infrastructure, a museum and also a campground with swimming pool.
The property is situated directly at the renowned bike and hiking trail network Scuol-Ischgl-Nauders-Meran. In winter, the sled run from Tschlin passes right next to the house.
